Problems & Solutions - Week 4 - W4A1: Architecture: Inspirational Photographer

Hi Class, I thought you may like to check out the work of Jordan Younce. He is a "real estate" photographer based out of North Carolina.  When you choose your location for your W4A1, be sure to check out his work first.  Consider his use of color, light, and composition. Consider how he stylizes the rooms before shooting an interior image; "stylizes" meaning - the decor that is used in the room; the arrangement of the furniture, accent pillows, etc.   Consider the lighting that he uses for interior shots: Consider the time of day that he chooses to shoot the exterior architecture; consider the angle at which he shoots from to capture the widest space: For example: the image below was taken at a time of day - when shadows were not falling on the face of the building or on the pool. If this was taken a few hours earlier or later, heavy shadows may have played a big part in the image.
