PHOA209: W3A1: Initial Post

This is where you will post your work for Week 3: Assignment 1.  Please remember to double-check your spelling, grammar and to use MLA format for your final post.  If it is helpful to type your work in a Word document to keep track of spelling, grammar and word count – please do so.  You can then copy and paste your information into the Discussion Area from the Word Document. 

To ensure feedback from your instructor and peers, all work should be posted on time.  Assignments posted after the due date will be graded according to the grading criteria and that grade will then be reduced by up to 10% per day for the session week.  Assignments that are posted after the due date will not receive feedback within the Discussion Thread and will receive limited feedback within the gradebook.  Assignments not submitted within the week in which they are given and due will receive a “0” and will not receive feedback from the instructor.

You will also be using this same Discussion Area to critique the work posted by at least two of your peers. Note the due date of the peer responses as well as the specific topics you have been asked to write about!  Your peer responses should be at least 100 words long, should contain a question, a suggestion and challenge one or more of the points made within your classmates' assignments.  

Please note: these peer responses count as a large portion of grade.  The participation in the discussion questions and critique feedback cannot be made up - they happen in real time.
