PHOA113: W1A2: Post Here & Helpful Information
Hi Class,
I wanted to share some additional information with you to help you out with your W1A2. To help you learn about the "Center Weighted" modes and other metering modes found in your camera, check out the following videos created by Mike Browne, one of my favorite online educators!
Please complete your W1: Assignment 2 on time and submit your contact sheet and top images file to this Discussion Area; please ensure your files are saved as PDFs.
Assignments posted after the due date will be graded according to the grading criteria, and that grade may then be reduced by up to 10% per day for the session week. Assignments not submitted within the week in which they are due may receive a “0” and might not receive feedback from the instructor. To ensure feedback from your instructor and peers, all work should be posted during the week it is due.
You will also be using this same Discussion Area to critique the work posted by at least two of your peers. Note the due date of the peer responses as well as the specific topics you have been asked to write about! Your peer responses should be at least 100 words long, should contain a question, a suggestion and challenge one or more of the points made within your classmates' assignments. Follow current MLA guidelines for the writing style, spelling, grammar, and citation of sources. Please note: these peer responses count as a large portion of grade. The participation in the discussion questions and critique feedback cannot be made up - they happen in real time.

This does not mean that you should choose a lot of random items and plop them on a table - after all, how interesting would that be?
