PH222: W1A1: Feedback

Hi Beth,

Welcome to the PH222! I'm looking forward to working with you this term!  Your feedback has been left for you as a “Group Video Critique”.  Within this video (posted directly above - under the rubric) I discuss one out of two sections from the rubric and the files that you were asked to upload
RE: Wrote a short autobiography covering the required details and posted recent portrait and attached a photo of self and required lighting equipment:
  • Students were asked to post between 3-9 images that s/he had taken of all the required equipment & supplies.  Students were asked to combine those photos into a contact sheet using the course standard for creating a contact sheet.  File was to be saved as “PH222_W1A1_LastName_FirstName_PDF”.
Completed; student submitted images showing all of the gear required for class. Moving forward: please be sure to use a white background for your contact sheets.

  • Students were asked to post screenshots of his/her required software & textbooks; incorporate all screenshots into on PDF titled: “PH222_W1A1_LastName_FirstName_Software_Textbook.PDF
Completed; student submitted screenshots showing both of the textbooks and all of the software required for class.

  • Students were also asked to submit his/her top portrait; title the portrait “PH222_W1_A1_LastName_FirstName_Portrait.JPG”.
Completed; student submitted a top portrait for assignment.

Information regarding your peer responses will be left in the gradebook; please be sure to post all of your peer responses by the given due dates as these are only accepted in “real time”; late peer responses posts will not receive credit.
As mentioned in the video: if you have not had a chance to do so already, please be sure to read all of the post within our “Course Home” section - particularly the one titled “Welcome: Guidelines for Succeeding in Class” for more details on how to do well in the course.  There is also a video intro to the class in the Week 1's Announcement post in the Course Home section.
Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions/concerns.
